It covers parts and labor as needed to return the device to working condition and nearly-new appearance.

Repair and POS Equipment Service Programs of CardWare International are covered by a one year limited warranty.  The warranty does not include items damaged or lost during shipping, damage due to natural events (i.e., rain, floods, fire, etc.), customer damage or where the warranty seal is broken.  The only exclusions are Act of God, preventable situations and insurable occurrences, although damage from these casues can be repaired at an additional charge.
